Mechanical Grade Wafers

Mechanical Grade Wafers are typically 300 mm wafers. However, this grade may be applied to any diameter. Mechanical grade specifications are less stringent than most other wafer grades. The specifications may be more open for resistivity, thickness, and surface quality.
